"Suites were amazing with a great view of the pool and sea. Very clean and modern rooms. I loved the tub in my room & the rainfall shower was pretty large. I did not like that my suite had a shared balcony; so the staff found me another room with 2 private balconies. The staff is great and super responsive. They will provide excellent customer service to ensure your visit is pleasant. Highly recommend! Be sure to check out the 2 pools, bar, and private beach. 10/10"

"Highly recommend this property! Its located perfectly on the beach. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff is literally THE BEST! 10/10 recommend for solo travelers as well as families, really cant beat this property"

"This is an impressive hotel. We pulled into the parking lot and immediately left the property because we thought we were in the wrong place. It is one of the largest buildings in Berat and we thought we had made a mistake when we originally pulled into the parking lot. The hotel was quite quiet this time of year so it seemed a bit empty but we loved our room, the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. "Nice hotel, get a room facing the sea. Breakfast was only ok. Pool area is nice but not heated. We had one day of no hot water. Great location, pebbling beach with free loungers. I would stay again. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Vlore! The location couldn't be more perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. "Really lovely stay and amazing super friendly staff, no tray charge on room service is a nice touch and makes up for lack of tea and coffee facilities in room. Rooms are very large and we had a lovely balcony with a great view of the bay. WiFi is not the best in room if you are on a working holiday but fine in the restaurant/lobby "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Egidio who went out of his own way to deal with our queries. The hotel room wad very spacious and the views from the hotel were great. Although we were there just at the end of the season the staff opened the beachside bar for us on our last night which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel immensely and were impressed with the attentiveness of the staff"

"The location of the property and its facilities were amazing! The parking of the hotel is also great. However, the cleanliness ruined the experience a little since we walked into a room in which the toilet had been used and not flushed and the entire room stank because of this. Additionally, the breakfast for 2 out of 3 mornings was really bad (almost no options, very slow restocks and dirty dishes and cups). "We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size for four people, very clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the swimming pool and both the wet and dry saunas, with towels and robes provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. The location was peaceful, with a short drive to either Orikum or Vlore."
