"Updated and very clean property. Great location. A couple of drawbacks were that my shower leaked, I tried to use the phone to call the front desk, but it did not work, and I was locked out of my room before 11am while loading out my things and had to go to the front desk to regain access. Staff was very friendly and professional."

"Nice resort! Just beware that in the evening Tucson changes…. It becomes almost “locked” down! Many places around the resort are closed early and there are a good number of homeless people looking for a handout! There is a QT not far away and they have an “armed” officer that patrols inside for them😢"

"This is truly a hidden gem located in Tucson. I liked that this hotel is gated and requires an entry code to enter the premises after hours. The rooms were immaculately clean. The staff were polite, especially Adriana and Angelina who worked the front desk. Also Lexi and Ann, who both worked the bar, were friendly as well. Kudos to HR for hiring such professional, warm, and inviting people to represent their establishment. I will be visiting this hotel again when I return to Tucson."

"Motel in a rough area of town. The cleanliness maintenance and staff of motel were excellent. I felt like alot of care is taken to insure the safety of guests and their property while at the motel... just be mindful that it may not be the safest neighborhood to stay in! Excellent price for what you get though... very satisfied with my stay!"

"Didn't like the freeway noice. LOVED the in room Jacquezi hot tub. Breakfast was AMAZING every morning. Key fob wasn't always working, but staff was always graciously fixing it."

"Property was beautiful but the housekeeping staff caring for the room was poor. In the second day was not restocked coffee, etc tissues and lotion. Had to call the front desk to ask to be restocked. They didn’t remove the dirty glasses or trash left out daily and didn’t service our room until after 4pm due to towels not in stock. One evening we got back to get ready for dinner out around 430pm and our room had not been cleaned or changed. We had to get ready quickly and they never came...
