"Second time at a water walk and not disappointed. We were upgraded to 1 bedroom which was a treat on our 30 trip around the southwest. Although we had one night here it was comfy, clean, nice bed, linens, full kitchen and washer dryer in unit. Had pool but we didn’t use it"

"First of all let me say that this review has nothing against the staff. The staff was AMAZING! They are the ones that made this place. From the ladies who checked us in and assisted us, to Wes and Ben at the bar/restaurant, to all of the housekeeping and maintenance staff. This place would be nothing without them. Management should know that these people truly represent this hotel. The first room we were checked in to was not what we’re expecting. It was on the older side and it showed. There was a half inch gap around the door, one of the blinds was broken , the bathroom was tiny and the walk in closet looked like an old store room. The ladies moved us to another room and it was much better and definitely more comfortable. I get it that there are renovations going on but that first room shouldn’t be used. Overall the place was clean, quite well maintained and definitely a place we would like to stay in the future. "
