Obs.: Bob W poderia oferecer a opção de duas camas em vez de uma queen."

"desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The walls were a bit thin as we occasionally heard the people above us moving about. Overall, a great stay and Madrid was absolutely beautiful with all...

"We had a great stay at the Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments. The check-in was very staightforward and the apartment was immaculately clean. Had we arrived before the check-in time there are lockers to store your belongings until the check-in time. There was everything we needed and more and the location was very close to the train station. Also very close to a metro station and nice cafes around to get breakfast if you didn't want to eat in. An excellent place to stay"
