"Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! "Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. The biggest advantage was the proximity to the central train station. So it was easier to go on day trips from Milan! Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend! "

"Family weekend get-away to Milan. The apartment is conveniently located: -only 3 Metro stops away from Duomo (2.20 euros per trip) -Across from a Carrefour express -Near coffee and focaccia places. -1 minute walk to Metro and Train station The apartment was clean, fully equipped and spacious. There was a very good description and assistance from the team, providing us with all the information to be able to self check in at 2am when we arrived. Definitely going to rebook when back."

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"I barely leave a review, but I wanted to do this time. The staff were extremely kind, and the property was so clean and tidy. Unlike ordinary hotels, the room was so spacious with a kitchen and sitting area. Complementary coffee, water, and bakery was also good. "

Great Stay

"Very attentive and let us in to our room half an hour earlier. Room was very clean and spacious. Great quiet location outside the city centre with a 5 minute walk to a train station or a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. "
