"We were only in for 1 night but the hotel looked amazing! Lovely indoor/outside pool, good breakfast, very comy bed and great shower. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. The hotel offered fantastic wellness options including massage etc. "

Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Truly professional. I loved the old world charm of the hotel and dining areas. All of our meals were excellent and the service was outstanding!
The concierge and front desk staff were so accomadating, friendly and professional. The concierge gave us excellent information on the hotel's amenities and the town of Pontresina.
The maitre d' and dining room staff were also outstaanding!
And of course. the snow coverd winter view from the hotel was incredibly beautiful! "
