"Our stay was lovely as were the rooms and facility. We enjoyed drinks in the library, walks on the grounds, and great food in Darby’s Tavern. We did encounter a few hiccups in service. The morning front desk attendant was a bit unpleasant as was one of the waitstaff in the Tavern. "It was great for our stop on the way to Charleston from Pennsylvania. The heat in the room wasn't working properly, it was set at 67, but kept running and was probably about 80. But the staff was very friendly, the breakfast area was clean and the beds were comfortable. All around a pleased with our quick stop! "

And the self check-in didnt work so had to check-in at the desk but other than that its clean, everything is in mostly good condition except a couple things but wasnt a big deal; and friendly & helpful staff.
