"The room was spotless and smelled good when I stayed."

"We had a non-smoking room, there was an interleading door to what was a smoking room so everytime the smoked in that room smoke came into our room around the door. We also saw cockroaches inside the room and in the common areas."

Locks on the door are broken, bedside tables are rusted out, mattress was a disaster and completely sagging with springs poking on the body in room 101, black mold on the drains in the wash basin and bath tub did not work for us."
