"The hotel provided everything that my stay required and more. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, especially for the price. The hotels location is close to multiple bus stops, underground, and overground train stations that will take you throughout the city. If ever traveling to London again I’d gladly stay here again. "

"Our family of three adults had a very good seven night stay at Residence Inn Kensington. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very well run. Haven’t been to London in a long time but here are my: Pros: Rooms are efficient and everything seems to work. There is even a two pronged US style plug outlet in bathroom for electric razor/hairdry (which we used for 4 USBs) Staff is knowledgeable a very helpful Breakfast buffet is giant with very wide, although static variety Numerous Underground Stations within 15 minute walk Giant Tesco next door They provide free washers and dryers for guest usage Gym is good enough Cons: Front desk, lobby, breakfast, and elevators are mobbed during peak hours. Our room was two flights up and we always used stairs except with luggage moving in and out. Not much “exciting” to see within 15-20 minute walk Gym is good enough Highs were in the 60sF during the day when we were there, but we could not set a/c lower than 18C/64.4F at night and I doubt the room ever got below 68F. Could open the window, but there was a fair amount of street noise very early in the morning (Tesco loading docks?) "

"For a budget hotel I was really impressed by the cleanliness and the customer service. I booked the double room although I went solo. The room was spacious for a single person but I think it would be too small people. I arrived well before check in time but the receptionist was so sweet he still checked me into my room . I was impressed at the cleanliness of the room and bathroom . The towels were nice and fluffy. The hotel is only 2-3min walk from the tube station with excellent and quick connection to central London ."

"Just spent three nights in this hotel, travelled solo and stayed in a room for one person. The room was very small but clean, comfortable and does the work. Location is absolutely fantastic. Six minute walk to Earls Court tube station, which takes you among other places, directly to Heathrow for about 2 pounds. Near the tube station are a whole bunch of restaurants, cafes, M&S, Boots etc. turns out the best s a great music venue, called the Troubadour. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Bottom line, hotel is basic but perfect for tourists. Really don’t need more than this. I will say that the weather was perfect, so I don’t know what it’s like staying there in the summer, during a heat wave as there’s no AC (but there was a fan in the closet, as well as a safe)."
