"Our first time at this property and it was a great experience. Overall quiet which we liked and especially that it has an 'adult only' pool. Wait staff and front desk people and bellmen were all friendly and accommodating. :-)"

"The property is very dated and is in need for a renovation by far. One of the two rooms we rented had ants all around the room. They did move us to another room. I would definitely recommend spending an extra 20 or $30 somewhere else for a more comfortable stay."

"Quaint and original vintage 1960s motel. Large, clean rooms. Easy parking. No elevator. Meghan was great and arranged late check in. The tiki bar is a lot of fun and we enjoyed the live band and had good food. The music is loud and right downstairs so be warned if you’re early birds but it was all closed up before 11pm. "

"Been to many resorts, First Time at Captiva! Everyone on their Team was full of Hospitality and willing to help or guide with our questions. Restaurants on property executed seamlessly, taste and service was fantastic. Continued success in the New Year!! "

"Pink Shell is a wonderful resort! Noisy due to the construction surrounding the resort. I expected rooms to be cleaner and or be cleaned daily. 7 days and our room was never cleaned. Just fresh towels. "
