Bathrooms were remodelled during pandemic and are holding up well, can’t say the same for the carpeting, which needs to be redone. Gym is subpar for a 5 star hotel, I think that the owner must not be a fitness lover."

Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Superb boutique hotel right in the centre of Killarney. Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast tasty and plentiful. Cheap parking available a few mins walk away in Lewis Road carpark for €3 for 24hrs."

"The staff is so amazing and accommodating. We got stuck in town due to an "one in five or six year snow storm" and the staff was amazing about getting us booked for another night. The property has a bar and restaurant that was phenomenal. It's also right in middle of town so very walkable. Room was large and clean. Just an outstanding property and staff. Highly recommend and Deirdra was a wealth of knowledge about where to go for any and everything!! Five stars!!"
