Walkable to centre of Killarny. Hotel is massive though so can also take a long time to walk to your room ;) Nice rooms and good bar/restaurant area. Friendly staff.

The property and staff were fabulous! The food was good, but was disappointed in breakfast. My biggest issue was the 30 minute walk to city center. Hotel was just a touch too much out of the way. Also, the hotel was a tour destination, constant flow of buses of tourists loading and unloading outside our window.

The rooms themselves were perfectly fine for a few nights, but each floor has additional stairs to get to your room (even after you've stepped off the elevator). This is a very family friendly hotel, so there were a lot of loud children and amenities catered towards them. Staff was kind, and it was a quick drive to downtown Killarney.

Great hotel , great location. Staff so friendly and helpful. Only downfall..bring ur swim caps...states on hotel website that u dont need them but u do. We had to pay €2.50 each, wven after showing the website to the staff

Very functional services, especially for kids with great pool and playground, organized activities as well with dodgeball and others! Rooms are cozy and nothing to complain about, with a friendly staff. Thank you!

Lots of noise , unfortunately we had an adjoining room and beside an exit door . Also , the fire exit door didnt work all of the time . The mag lock would let us out and we mentioned it to hitel staff several times and it was never fixed which could have been a life safety issue . Kids running up and down the hallway

Nice place for family with young kids

Service was outstanding from the time we checked in. Staff in the lobby and at the restaurants were friendly and patient. Rooms were nice but it was very easy to hear sounds in adjacent rooms and kids running in hallways.
