"This was a nice room, but the building was very run down, it could use some upgrades. Our room was clean, there were a few things wrong and they offered to come fix them the next day, but I told them there was no need since it wasn't an emergency. It has a great view of a lake and Universal. There is no oven and the washer and dryer are on either the 3rd or 4th floor, not in the unit like the description says. We didn't have to check in, you could just go straight to the room but we just wanted...

"The place looked to be clean, upon arrival I seen a large roach dead. Upon ordering food the othe roaches that were hiding all started to come out. We put food in the microwave when went to retrieved roaches was on the food inside microwave as well. To top it off, when my children got in the bed they were bitten up by bed bugs they was crawling on the pillow on my cousin shirt and when pulled back the comforter they were crawling in the in bed. We left the unit at 2 am in the morning we found...

"I've stayed at the enclave 4 times now. Both VRBO and rooms that the enclave own. This is the best 2 bedroom I've stayed in so far. The only complaint I can give is it's managed by casiola property management and they waited until the day of my arrival to ask for some additional things through email. I basically had 5 hours to reply or my reservation was going to be cancelled."

"Excellent. Average 12 uber from location to theme parks. Awesome loft for families. Wouldn't recommend party goers, community is quiet and reserved. Very clean. Only mention... queen size was largest bed... and mattresses, while new... weren't the most comfortable "

"Everything we needed to check in was provided promptly before we arrived. The unit was very comfortable and on the top floor giving great views from the balcony. Full kitchen was nice since we like to cook some of our meals. Bed and linens were fantastic; fluffy towels. The pool and hot tub area were a wonderful place to hang out."

"This is a great little condo in a good location, close to several dining options and attractions, including Universal. Ruben was a great host, very friendly and very quick to respond. Condo has everything we needed, including pool towels and some water and snacks, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Having doorcodes and not needing keys also. Pool and hallways could use an update. airconditioning unit is a bit noisy. Would definitely recommend for family or 2 couples....

"This was a very well priced apartment in a great location to all the parks and shopping centers. The check in process was fast and easy. We had a plumbing issue during the stay that was fixed quickly. Communication with management was very prompt and professional. The check out process was very smooth. The only downside of the apartment was extremely slow WiFi which did make somethings a little more difficult. Overall though this was a great stay! "
