"I have to give it 5 stars since the apartment is very new and clean, super clean and nice area for kids and family. The water park is perfect size for young kids to play. I love love this place because of their exceptional cleanliness. To me that’s the most important even though the price is a little higher than other hotels! "

"Great location. Room was clean and towels, linens were easily accessible by text message. Pools were great, lots of chairs available so you don’t have to rush to get one. Food in cafeteria was mediocre, but good when you’re in a pinch. The only things I can complain about is the elevators…it takes a good 10 mins to get one. Request a ground level room. Lines of people waiting to flood into them. Also, in the evenings and at night the pop machines never had ice in them. "

"We have stayed many times. The food is great, the pool is AMAZING, and the staff is incredible. Seriously, the staff are genuinely lovely people. They keep the property in good repair. Nothing is ever broken. The onsite Starbucks is a real Starbucks with full offerings."
