Even they advertise having a parking lot available, they dont. The parking lot behind the property is independent and has nothing to do withe the hotel. This is an automated parking lot with no in and out service. 24 hrs rate is $62.00 dls. Front desk was no help on this issue. Property is too old but everything is clean and rooms are spacious.

Review of Arlo Hotel – Mixed Experience I recently stayed at the Arlo Hotel and while the front desk staff was exceptional—truly welcoming, professional, and accommodating—there were a couple of key issues that would prevent me from staying here again or recommending the property to others. 1. Parking Inconvenience: Parking was a major drawback. The hotel does not offer valet or on-site parking, which is especially inconvenient if you’re traveling with multiple bags. Guests are expected to park across the alley at a nearby Enterprise garage. While the hotel validates parking, it only offers a discounted rate—not full validation. We still ended up paying over $40. Perhaps I'm used to a higher level of convenience, but this felt like an unnecessary hassle. 2. Disappointing On-Site Bar Experience: My friend and I visited the on-site bar hoping to enjoy a drink, but unfortunately, the service was non-existent. We were not acknowledged or assisted after seating ourselves, so we left and ended up at Cindy’s at the Athletic Club down the street—a much more enjoyable experience and exactly the level of service we were looking for. On the positive side, the property itself is stylish, centrally located, and again, the front desk team deserves full credit for their outstanding service. However, the parking situation and the poor bar experience were significant enough to impact our overall stay. I truly hope this feedback helps the team improve these aspects for future guests.

It was quaint, quiet and convenient. Those are my favorite three qualities. I'll be back soon.
