"I have stayed here previously so was happy to book again. However the room this time was a disappointment; next to the lift so obviously very noisy, bathroom rather unpleasant damp smell. Good that we were only there for 2 nights or I would have complained. Overall still a nice place to stay as the location is very convenient for me to visit family in the area."

"Lovely and polite service. Amazing breakfast. No dinner available so needs to be a walk and check opening times of the restaurants as during my visit a lot were closed! Take ear plugs as the music from the pub can be quite loud if you want an early night. Bathroom was very small but was fine for my use during my stay. "

"Room was basic but comfortable. Room had tea/coffee making facilities and small TV. Small wardrobe and sink. My room didn't have a bathroom but two on landing. One with shower and one with bath/shower. Soap and towels provided. Good view with plenty of greenery piece and quiet. Tasty breakfast. Everything was nice and clean. Shared lounge to relax in with stereo and TV. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Would stay again. "

"lovely apartment hotel...would have expected better toiletries in the bathroom. The toiletries were not official white company ones as stated on their website. Would have expected other things too, like cotton buds, spare tooth brush etc. But on the whole a good stay. Car parking at the nearby q park, is very expensive, works out to £18 a day. Wished I'd parked elsewhere and then got an uber to the hotel. Would have been much cheaper."

"My sister and I came here after having a overnight stay here in April. We absolutely love the place. We were in Manchester for a theatre trip so very convenient location. Everything about the place is top notch. Lovely comfortable beds bright and airy rooms fantastic views of the city. Loved the breakfast as well. Really helpful friendly staff. Hope to visit again soon "
