Great hotel and very new, no signs of wear and tear yet. The only thing I would fault is the cleaning staff are so loud. Shouting at each other down the length of the corridor from 8am.

The location is a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly station, the staff are lovely and the room is very modern and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Our first time to Manchester and couldn’t imaging a better place to stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and a perfect location to explore the city. We arrvied by train from airport, hotel conveniently located right around the corner. Breakfast was delicious too. Looking forward to staying there again before our flight back to Canada

This is a nice hotel, very clean and comfortable and with friendly and helpful staff. My onle gripe is that I paid for an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The balcony was tiny and you certainly could not sit out there, so not worth the money. Also, there was a concrete pillar in the room, by the bed which you had to negotiate getting in and out of bed. The space between the pillar and the bed was even more tiny and, being someone who gets up in the night, I could have done without the obstacle. Other than that, a great hotel with the best hotel shower I have ever experienced.

Check in and out were quiet long in terms of the queuing. At check in we were put in a cosy room although we booked a deluxe. We told the reception staff and they were extremely apologetic, gave us a free alcoholic drink and a free breakfast for the following morning. During our time at breakfast we were greeted with very friendly staff. Just because of the service - next time we are in Manchester I will book the same hotel - deluxe suite only.
