"The location of this hotel is excellent, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from for a great night's sleep. "Hotel Cvita provided a memorable stay in Split. We were there for just one night. The desk clerk suggested we take a cab to dinner in the city center and made all the arrangements for us. The room was so beautifully appointed and so clean that it felt as though we were the first guests ever to stay in the room. We arrived to Kate to enjoy the sauna, but would use it next time! "Overall the hotel was good, although personally I would not stay here again. My personal points. Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...
