"The perfect hosts and the perfect location. This family run hotel is such a gem. Located so close to the old own of Split its a great location to start exploring the beauty of the city. My room was clean, had all the amenities I needed and was just all around cosy. The owners will go out of their way to help as well and offer a transfer to and from the airport. Couldnt asked for anything better."

"We really enjoyed this hotel located within the Diocletian palace walls in Split. There are no cars within the walls but the staff does a great job meeting you and helping manage the luggage. The room was specious and clean although a little loud given how close it is to all the action. (Ear plugs recommended) The hotel has no elevator and only 6 rooms which wasn’t a problem for us but if you have mobility issues it may be a concern. My only negative was that the hotel has 2 locations in the...

"The room was very nice and a great rate. Its location was great. The outside doesn't look like much, but being so centrally located was the way to go. The only drawback would be carrying your luggage upstairs. I would absolutely stay again."

"The Cornaro Hotel was simply wonderful! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive - meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries Or they would prepare a omelette to your liking! The hotel also had a wellness spa where I indulged in a wonderful facial. There is also a gym. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the "Old Split" where there are ancient buildings, shops, a promenade and remnants of Diocletian"s palace. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split."
