1. Check-in staff wasn’t helpful. 2. Carpet in the room was quite old and dirty. 14th floor ambiance was outdated. 3. Made a big issue about parking, in and out privileges. Very inconvenient. 4. Since I had to leave early in the morning to catch ferry, staff had imposed restrictions on breakfast, forced me into take-away breakfast only option instead of full buffet breakfast. The box contained just fruits and juice. As promised, did not give any credit for parking.

Nice hotel but very expensive, expedia did not mention about refurbished and non refurbished option while booking and on that day i had to pay extra fir completely remodelled room
