"S Hotel was a nice vibe ,enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a party type all inclusive resort than its not that ,but they do have activites throughout the day. . 3 speciality restuarants on property an Italian, Jamican and seafood restuarant open for dinner only and they require reservations.They seem to always be booked. These restuarants are not open every day or have the same day every week that they are open. You have to go to the desk to ask what dinner restaurant is open and see if reservation is available... that's the only negative I have to say. There is a breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet open with variety of food options.Bar was open from 11am to 10pm. If you want premium liquor than thats an additional cost not included in all inclusive. There is a grill open throughout the day for pool and beach goers at Doctor Cave.The property is well kept you always see people cleaning and maintaence being done. The room was was very nice and spacious well decorated. The staff were friendly and service was great can't complain. Would definitely choose S hotel again."

"Property was great. Amazing customer service. Loved that the workers didn't hound you for tips like the outside street vendors. Property needs to be renovated but overall a great stay. Close to beaches, night life and downtown market place. Street vendors were obnoxious so be prepared to be hounded. Food was good, lots of choices for meal times. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Jewel Grande. The staff were all amazing however id like to mention a couple that stood out. Upon arrival Vernon immediately made us feel welcome and assured us that we were " The Jewel of the Grande"... Gary was our favorite bar tender in the Lobby Bar always treating us like family. Shanna's huge heart and smile were both so welcoming. Entertainment work so hard and did amazing. We would absolutely stay here again."

"My experience at the Coral Springs resort was nothing short of amazing. From the staff/managers to the room service. I felt safe and well attended to at all times. Everyone on the resort made me feel welcomed. They were always In good spirits and always attended to my needs. For example, I had a small issue with my room and the manager, Mr. Weston not only took care of the problem but made sure he followed up with me the each day during my stay day to insure that the duration of my vacation was made to feel very comfortable. This is the hospitality I expect to receive when vacationing. Coral Springs owes me nothing and I will definitely be back to vacation there again with my family. My experience exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you Mr. Weston!!!"
