"Liked room layout. Restaurant on ground floor was good - their takeaway meal service was a great idea. Footpath area and steps into Hotel were grubby and could do with a clean and maybe an update."

"Nice place to stay, dont agree with the $30/night fee for parking, we have elected to stay at this property over others, its a shame we are penalised for having a car. not to happy with the reception staff member who served me, i enquired about a late checkout (11am) and was told it was not possible because the room was fully booked for the next few days. Given checkin for guests was at 2pm i did not see how this would affect checkin. Other then that, nice room, comfy bed updated shower space...

"I’ll come here again - within walking distance of the city, easy parking, a great view from the top floors and having a kitchenette and laundry was very convenient. Also friendly & helpful staff. "

"Fawlty Towers ain't got mothing on this chaos! Clueless guy on reception couldn't find any reservations. Fire alarm sounded repeatedly. Garage door went psycho. Pool was out of order. Plaster hanging off the verandah ceiling. If you want comedy of the absurd this is your place otherwise avoid."
