"The room was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, in particular, the bathroom floor was sticky with lots of tiny pieces of tissue (some brownish in colour!) strewn all over"

"Place is absolutely amazing, I booked this place the night before and was surprised by all the amenities and the amazing kid friends pub across the road. I would have given 5 stars on everything, only problem I found was that the children’s pool, the bottom of it, paint? Comes off when you’re swimming around. Other than that it’s well thought out, at reception they have pool games that you can buy, goggles, food, wine, ice cream and even aerogard if needed. I would highly recommend this retreat and I will be back! "

"Our host was very helpful The beding was clean and comfortable We loved the furnishing, practical and tasteful. Wall outlets were plentiful for charging our devices. Fantastic view to the river from the patio. Leisurely 15 minute walk to the friendliest cafe in Sydney (Wombat Cafe) Also pet friendly. We will return with our pet next time. Overall a fantastic experience"

"We enjoyed our family gathering at The Palms and created very happy memories. Property was so spacious inside and out (although a few minor maintenance issues, e.g blinds and lighting) Plenty of activities to do inside and out. Would stay again. "
