Lake Champlain Cottage

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (55)
"There were 5 of us staying for a girl’s weekend. We drove from PA stoping in Woodstock New York for lunch. The leaves on the way up were beautiful! Since we were about an hour away from Montreal we went there for a day trip and saw Notre Dame Basilica. While at the house we enjoyed our views of the snow capped mountains, the beautiful sunsets and of course Lake Champlain . Perfect accommodations!!! Would stay there again!!! "

"This is a very neat little inn, with the original downstairs house portion dating back to the 1790s and the inn dating back to the 1890s. At the very bottom level is a lively tavern. The room was comfortable if small, which is to be expected at a place like this. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and a very friendly staff. "

Winter in Vermont: A Snow Lover’s Dream in the Smugglers’ Notch Area

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (219)
"My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Pondhouse. Ellen was a very gracious hostess, and was especially kind to help us when we experienced a flat tire (she hooked us up with a local repair shop, and drove us to purchase groceries during the repair.) The property was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of space to walk our dog on the property itself, and on the adjacent road. The location was perfect, with easy access for family wedding activities at Jeffersonville, Smuggler’s...

Beautiful home close to Smugglers Notch ski resort

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (74)
"I stayed at Keta and Peter's house for a girls weekend with my mom and sisters. It was the perfect place for us. It is extremely clean (some of us are hard to please in this category and we still give this property 5 stars in cleanliness). The sunlight pouring in through the big windows in the living/dining room made it bright and cheery. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget you could possibly need. The back deck with a view of the mountains is to die for. The house is spacious and very...
