This condo sleeps 6 and comes fully equipped with phone, 49" smart TV and X-finity WiFi. Furnishings include kitchen appliances, microwave, and washer/dryer combo. 3113 on the first floor at SAOR has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining area and an outdoor patio just steps from your car. Ceiling fans and HD TV's are in each bedroom and beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are provided.

100 steps in either direction will take you to your choice of the pool or the boardwalk leading to the beach. If your group is larger than 6 people and you need more than one unit, this condo pairs well with 3111 right next door! This convenient location has everything you need to enjoy a long weekend or a long-term stay.

Nice Location
We enjoyed our stay. We started looking for places last second and initially were looking for a house. We ended up settling for a condo and I’m glad we picked one at the Racquet Club. There’s nothing ‘great’ about this particular condo but it serves its purpose well. Super close to the beach (no ocean view), clean, they have beach gear, etc. We would visit again.

Great accommodations for young and old!
Perfect beach hangout! First floor patio straight to beach access ramp. Great for pulling wagon with kids and beach stuff. Secure area but easy process for visitors. Three generations eating, sleeping, and enjoying the sun, sand, and waves. Hope to stay here again.
