"What a wonderful hotel. We receievd a warm and friendly welcome. Check in was fast and wfficoent and we got some grway recommendations of places to visit and thinhs to do in the area. We enjoyed the Champagne Bar with tremendous vuews across the nay to Elizabether Castle which we also have from out very comfortable room on the third floor. Everythjng is so walkable here. "Exceptional clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold foods. Coffee was good too. My only critism is we were on the ground floor and our view was off the air con unit. Overall fantastic value for money and a pleasant place to stay. "The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "
