"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Good room, great service, tasty breakfasts. Nice pool with access to steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Great location for buses to all areas of the island. Sea view. All round lovely stay"

"Room was pretty basic but quiet and comfy beds. Could do with a refresh though, especially the bathroom, small rust spots on sink and shower drain. Shower leaked but was actually ok once you were in. Staff were excellent though and the food was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant every night. Reasonably priced as well compared to other olaces close by"

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Restaurant and bar v.good, breakfast good but not outstanding, our room (on 2nd flr) was more of 3star standard, but some of the 1st flr rooms looked very nice. Staff very excellent, and managed to accommodate us for extra nights due to all flights off Jersey being cancelled. Recommend. "
