"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Arrived at the hotel for a birthday weekend for me and the hubby, staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and didn’t disappoint had it to ourselves most of the weekend. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice from continental- cereal, fruit, ham, cheese etc and then a gorgeous full English breakfast. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
