"The Reception staff were brilliant when my flight was cancelled. They had already helped me with check in problems and were equally helpful when I returned to the hotel after the cancellation. A room was found and early breakfast ordered. It took away a lot of my stress!"

"The weather was not good but there was so much to do in the hotel what with gym, swimming and treatments. Also the choice of food in the lovely bar is so nice. My wife and I enjoyed every minute we were there. Every member of staff was a joy to encounter. So next time we’re in Jersey I know where we’ll be going."

"The Ommaroo hotel was everything I had hoped for, staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfasts were amazing and so much choice from fruit, cereal, croissant, marmalade on toast and of course the cooked English breakfast. The view from our balcony over the sea, was beautiful.
