Access Statement – Porthmeor Haven is a top floor apartment within a terrace building. To access this holiday home there is one step from the pavement to the front path, this leads to two steps in through the communal front door. Once inside, there are three flights of stairs consisting of twenty steps to the apartment. There is a further flight of stairs inside the apartment front door.
