Tinhay is a 3-bedroom home with a garden and gorgeous sea views! The top floor bedroom is a super king bed (it is two single 3ft beds that are joined together so can also be a twin bed configuration on request) with stunning sea views and has an en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. The first floor bedrooms are either a king size with sea views or a double bedroom. The family bathroom is also on the first floor with luxury bathtub wash basin and WC. There is an allocated parking space for 1 car on Westward Road which is just off Porthmeor Hill above Porthmeor Beach and will take a few minutes walk from door to door.
On the ground floor, the living room is open plan with a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, Alexa and double doors that lead to the garden that also has wonderful sea views. The dining area is near the kitchen (just one step down into the kitchen) and has a table that comfortably dines 6 people.
The kitchen is fabulous with a Belfast sink, marble tops and a walk in larder / utility area also. There is an integrated oven and hob as well as 60/40 fridge/ freezer and microwave in the larder area of the kitchen.
There are additional cupboards in the shower room just off the kitchen that also has another Belfast sink for sandy swimwear (please note, this shower room on the ground floor does not have a WC). The shower is perfect to jump into when coming in off the beach!
Tinhay is very close to St Ives’ best beaches with Porthmeor Beach being just a couple of minutes' walk away and all of the restaurants, shops, cafes and eateries are very nearby too.
There is free WiFi throughout the house.
All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.
1 x small to medium sized (up to 18kgs) well-behaved dog is accepted. The pet fee is £8 per night. (terms and conditions apply).
