"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."

"Served our purpose for an overnight-er. The apartment itself was very spacious and not cramped or small at all, but definitely showed its age. Great to have onsite parking available for a fee but The car park definitely tests tour driving ability if you drive an suv. Tight is the only word to describe it with 20pt turns to get in and out. "The prince has really nice public areas, great co-located food and drink options and is in the heart of St Kilda. The staff are lovely. The rooms are older style but have been nicely renovated and work well without being luxurious. "
