You will be mesmerized by the sweeping views the coast has to offer from your private oversized balcony that is outfitted with a comfortable loveseat, chair and outdoor dining table and chairs.
Fully equipped, the well-appointed kitchen offers a full suite of new stainless-steel appliances and all the amenities that you will need to enjoy home cooked meals to be served in the adjacent dining area or on the oversized balcony overlooking the gulf. Both the couch and loveseat have reclining seats in the living area to be able to relax and enjoy the flat screen Roku tv and has been tastefully decorated with a coastal flair.
You will love the view and balcony access from the primary bedroom which boasts a King bed, Roku flat screen tv, large walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen tv and a full bath right outside the door with a walk-in shower.
You will have everything you need for a memorable beach vacation with the convenience of the provided beach gear and electric grill located in the balcony closet to the on-site amenities which include an oversized heated pool and spa to the comfortable lounge area located on the second floor of the complex. An abundance of restaurants and shops are conveniently located within walking distance as well as nightly entertainment including Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf and John's Pass Village just south of the property.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
