If you're looking for a spotless home away from home, you have found the right place. This is my newly renovated and furnished vacation home, that I'd like to share with you and your family. Enjoy a contemporary/modern designed home, with ocean-themed decor. This gem is a 7 minute drive away from the renowned ClearWater Beach, 15 minutes away from Indian Rocks Beach, 20 minutes away from Tampa International Airport, & minutes away from well known grocery & shopping centers for your convenience.

This is an up and coming neighborhood, 2 minutes up the road from the Clear Water Country Club and golf course. As you will see in the photos, there is a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an in-ground HEATED swimming pool, which can comfortably accommodate 10-12 adults. The entire home is deep cleaned and sanitized from A-Z, and fully inspected before and after every guest. You can cook up some amazing meals in a fully prepped and accommodating kitchen, to enjoy on the back patio after a long day of swimming and laying out. When it's time to unwind, just plug in the string lights, light up the tiki torches, sit back&relax and enjoy the vibes in our fully private backyard. In the AM, start off your day with a couple laps in the pool, then grab yourself a hot cup of coffee and entertain yourself with the blue jays chirpin' in the back.
