Recently revamped with state-of-the-art appliances and wall AC units, it promises comfort. Boasting high-speed internet & Ethernet, it's an ideal workspace sanctuary. Bask in our serene communal outdoors, equipped with gas grills. Your perfect Floridian retreat awaits!

This modern beach themed condo has been recently updated with new appliances and a hand painted mural from a local artist.

Guests can enjoy all modern amenities (High speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet cord available, 3 HDTV’s with standard cable, A/C (Wall Unit), indoor/outdoor dining area, full kitchen, full bathroom, microwave/coffee maker, fridge) as well as many little things that give this space unique character. Beach chairs, umbrella, table, cooler and toys are available for use.

The unit has 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has a full-size day bed with a twin trundle. Also an air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping. The bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and was recently updated with a new vanity and shelving. The open concept living area offers plenty of seating for all. With the 55” smart TV on a swivel mount. Making it easy to enjoy while from the living or dining room.

Guests also have the pleasure of enjoying our outdoor facilities. Complete with BBQ area, plenty of out door lounging areas and a beautiful scenery.
