Grant Street Inn is a brand new hotel with a short walk to downtown Dunedin near shops, dining, parks, museum and walking trail. It is very conveniently located. The hotel is beautiful. We loved parking in the garage. We didn't interact with staff much but they were all nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is so new it still smells new. The room is huge with a lot of space. The water pressure is 10/10 and so is the bed comfort! Would totally stay there again! Also Dunedin is beautiful!

This brand new boutique hotel was perfect in every way. Free covered parking, huge rooms, very quiet and right near everything! The staff was very friendly and the huge balcony with adirondak chairs was a great touch. It feels more like a bed and breakfast and not at all like a normal chain hotel. We just checked out yesterday but we will be back for a longer stay this fall.
