Loads of wood cabinetry, a large inside utility closet with a full-size washer/dryer, gorgeous granite counter tops, and tile flooring. Living Room sliders opens to welcome you to your very own private balcony that overlooks the pool/spa and lounge area.

This condo is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with one King Master suite and 2 queens in second bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, living room sliders open up to your private patio on the 1st floor that faces the pool area and beach access

Guests will have access to the entire unit, the pool area, barbecue area, beach and more.

Hosts live close by and can interact as necessary for guests needing extra attention.

Indian Rock Beach is Awesome
First time that our family vacationed on the Gulf Coast of Florida...and we loved it! The condo was beautiful and fit all our needs. We loved being on the first-floor condo...at pool level and so close to the beach. The owners were so personable and accessible. Can't wait to come back again.

The condo was in great condition. Everything was updated in this place which made everything look nice and relaxing. We have 3 small kids ages ranging 2-5. We picked up our groceries on the way to the condo from the airport. Daniel accommodated our early check in which was crucial. Daniel was excellent to work with and answered any questions promptly. The amount of beach stuff available was extra helpful in making our stay wonderful: wagon, chairs, sand toys, umbrella, cooler, and towels. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.
