Just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary (admission is always FREE), you and your kids are going to love it! You're within walking distance to parks, tennis courts, breakfast & coffee shops. Ice cream (Candy Kitchen), pizza (Beach Pizza), and convenience stores are just to name a few. Gulf Blvd is a hot spot for entertainment, shopping, eating to simply strolling and sight seeing. Our favorite restaurant, the Salt Rock Grill is only .9 miles away and has excellent food. Make your way to John's Pass to experience fantastic waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions, only 5 minutes south. Fifteen minutes north and you are at Clearwater Beach, here you will find award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from the movie “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away, Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Leave the car at home when exploring the local area, we have the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs right outside your door and for only 5 dollars you can jump on and off all day. It even has free WIFI, a total of 20.7 miles each way. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break or a much needed summer vacation. Wonderful views from the oversized balcony
The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The remote control blinds were a very nice touch. The view from the large balcony of the intercostal and gulf is breath taking. The host was very friendly, available and helpful. We will definitely be booking this condo in the future.

Great place and even better hosts.
While we vacationed during the nation’s coldest stretch…we greatly appreciated the unit as we spent a great deal of time in it. Check in was a breeze. When the hot tub and pool heater went out…our host was very communicative and supported our questions. We would definitely recommend this place. Balcony has great views. Proximity to the beach was remarkably close. Many memories with our family were made thanks to the hospitality we were provided.

Excellent time at the beach
Overall, wonderful stay! The location was perfect for us and the condo actually looked like the pictures. The beach was not too crowded and the town had everything we wanted or needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. Our son found other kids to play with and the people we interacted with were very friendly. The place was super nice and clean. The pool was great and there were lots of chairs. The condo comes with beach chairs and toys, which was wonderful. The best part was not having to clean up prior to leaving (beyond the normal clean up).

Excellent Beach Property
We had a great stay at San Remo. The property was exactly as listed. The interior of the condo is very updated and welcoming. The views of the beach and the town are excellent. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed by the family. The beach was beautiful, well kept and not crowded. In addition, any amenities you may need are in the condo. From beach towels and toys to cooking utensils. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Fantastic family vacation.

The warmth of luxury
I loved this condo. It is in the perfect location on the beach; which made it easy to get anywhere quickly. It was, also, wonderful to have your own beach access with the pool in the middle. It made it easy to wash off your feet & beach gear; which you could stow away in a closet located on the bottom level. I enjoyed not carrying everything up amd down 6 flights. The actual condo had everything you would need; including an amazing shower. I personally love that the unit had a water softener and that everything was up to date. I look forward to visiting again and making this the usual place to stay.

Girls get away
We enjoyed our stay but the elevator broke twice! Thank goodness we weren’t in it. It was horribly inconvenient to hike up and down 6 flights of stairs . The second time the elevator broke was at check out so we literally had to make 2 trips up and down to get all our luggage out 😡 The ice maker wasn’t working so we had to go buy ice and toilet paper since only a few rolls were left in the condo for 6 people for 4 nights . Nice condo and the host was nice, but just a few inconveniences.

Read entire review
So upon arriving we thought "Wow, this is a great property!" Newly renovated, partial deck view of the ocean on the top floor and plenty of space. The location is great, the pool and grill area all nice and clean. However the week we stayed they decided to tear down a house right next to the private pool, debris, bee nests knocked down (bees all over the pool deck) and lots of noise. We had no idea any of this was going to be happening so we were not prepared. We also discovered on our 3rd day staying in our condo that we had cockroaches. I notified George and thought for sure I would get an apology of some sort for the inconvenience of these disgusting insects but instead I got a "I'll send out pest control." The pest guy confirmed that they were German Cockroaches and set some bait traps. These things are living in the stove and also in the trash room that is conveniently located next to this unit. So beware! If there is one thing I really can't handle it's nasty bugs like this!

Wonderful property! Felt like I was staying in a Kimpton suite.
This two bedroom, two full bath condo located on the top (6th) floor of the San Remo building was absolutely perfect. From the moment you walk into the property you are greeted by upscale-modern, impeccably appointed and yet tranquil feeling décor. The pictures shown here of the property are true and accurate, however you’ll find that they do not do this listing justice. In addition to being beautiful, the furniture was extremely comfortable. From the cozy chairs and couches in the living room to the oh-so-luxurious bedding (Where did you get your mattresses? I’ve never slept so well). The kitchen - as noted in the property description - has everything you’ll need for your stay. The master suite complete with walk-in dressing area with ensuite luxury bathroom was both beautiful and functional. Love-love-loved the luxury flat panel shower system! Both bathrooms had this actually. Another very fine, well thought out choice for this newly renovated property. Kudos to your designer. And, of course, the pièce de résistance was the calming and extensive views from the large balcony area. The views include both the ocean (the condo sits ocean side) and the inlet on the other side of the road, and are outstanding. We enjoyed our coffee there in the morning. And each evening, with a glass (or two…) of wine we watched the sun fall beyond the horizon. I can recommend this property rental without hesitation, and would definitely book this particular condo again the next time we are in the area.

Perfection at the Beach!
This is a beautiful modern condo. We could not have been more pleased! Everything was perfect. It is comfortable and clean and you will find everything you need in the condo. George and Raffi have thought of everything. The condo was totally remodeled in 2017 and they included many extra touches like automatic blinds and spa showers in the bathrooms. There are sliding glass doors in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room that lead to the 25 foot balcony. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony which has a view of the intracoastal to the left and the gulf to the right. Doesn't get much better than that! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. We walked the beach most days and have beautiful pictures to remind us of our trip. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. We were there for 5 weeks so I did a lot of cooking. They had every item I needed in the kitchen. There are many restaurants in the area and some are a very easy walk. We spent a lot of time at Friendly's this year. There is a new restaurant within walking distance called Broke N Bored Grill. We had an excellent seafood meal there. My favorite restaurants are Sweet Sage with the beautiful garden area. We have a Maltese therapy dog and they allow him in the garden as does the Conch Republic. We also enjoy Guppy's on the Beach in Indian Rocks. There are many things to do in this area. We have been coming here for years and love it. The pool area at San Remo is very nice and clean. George and Raffi are a joy to work with and we look forward to returning next year!

Excellent!
Our family had a fantastic week together at San Remo (604)! The apartment was clean and well-equipped with all we needed and more (all the usuals plus beach chairs, coolers, beach blanket, umbrella). Perfect size place for our family of four adults. Beautifully decorated. The location was excellent for us as we love quieter, less crowded areas. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Loved the locker downstairs where we could conveniently pick up chairs and umbrella on our way out to the beach and put them away before heading back upstairs. San Remo is perfectly situated on the gulf side of Gulf Boulevard. The only thing between the apartment building and the beach is the San Remo pool - genius! Very nice views of the gulf and the bay from the private balcony. George and Raffi were very helpful. The check-in process is super easy as they issued us a code we could use upon arrival - no one to check in with onsite - just let yourself in. Great setup. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo
The condo was clean upon our arrival. It came with everything we needed in the kitchen and had plenty of bath, kitchen, and beach towels. Our view of the ocean and bay was perfect. The walk to the beach was short and the pool area was always clean with plenty of chairs to lay out. The decor was very modern and suitable for the destination. We loved how this condo had plenty of comfortable seating for us in the living room, this was a first for us as normally there isn't enough seating. We would definitely stay here again! Amazing condo in a great location!
This is our second time staying in this unit and we’ve also stayed at other units in this building in the past. We can’t say enough good things about the location and this unit is our favorite! We love the features and upgrades of this condo. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and nice details included such as paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. We loved that the owners provided beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs/gear. The condo was very clean. The pool is fabulous with a nice shaded area and it was never crowded. We love staying in Redington Shores for how nice the beach is and easy driving distance to Clearwater and Tampa, but the beach feels relaxing and not crowded. The elevator in the building works but it is very slow! George contacted us before check in and was very accommodating when we arrived early! Overall, we had an awesome trip and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Getaway!
We spent four short days at the beach, but we made the best of it by staying here! We arrived as Tropical Storm Iris was moving out, so we had an evening to enjoy a local brewery and restaurant. By the next day it had cleared up, and we were having coffee on the balcony, walking the beach, swimming in the pool, and lounging in the hot tub. We kept asking, "Why don't we live here?" We spent the weekend with family celebrating a wedding in St. Pete, and always enjoyed getting back to our condo to relax or enjoy the beach. It's close to so many things to do and places to visit, but you can choose to stay right there and just enjoy the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
