Please note there is a floodlight security camera on the garage facing the driveway, and a doorbell camera.
This unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit and ensure guests respect my wonderful neighbors.
The “Minut device” monitors how loud it gets in and around the house, how many motions occur (crowd control), and the temperature for mold detection. This is not a recording device. Please search online for more information about this device if you like.
*Management Fee"
The $89 "Management Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $1500 in accidental damages. It does not cover negligence. or pet damage.**
*POOL HEATING FEE
Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $35 per night or $175 per week. As a reminder, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and cannot be added for specific days within your reservation. For stays longer than a week, we’re happy to discuss accommodations to best suit your needs. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that from May through October, pool heat is generally not recommended, as the water naturally stays warm due to the weather. However, if you still wish to add pool heat, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Our pool is heated by a heat pump, which relies on the outside air temperature to warm the water. While the system is effective, if the weather is particularly cold, it can take longer to reach the desired temperature. Sometimes, it may not get as warm as expected due to cooler outdoor conditions.
Because the heat pump's performance depends on the weather, we cannot offer refunds if the pool does not reach the exact temperature you prefer. However, we do everything possible to ensure the pool is heated to the best extent possible.
*GUEST VERIFICATION
To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property.
Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.
Please complete both the verification and the agreement within 48 hours of booking to facilitate a quick and seamless check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
-If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
-If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
-Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
