We have stayed here before, its ab older hotel with some owners as well. Parking can be a little tight on site but they have another lot across the street that is easy to access.

The perfect time away
This was the perfect time away for us. Our room was on the top floor and overlooked the ocean. Sitting out on the patio every morning and evening was serene. The beach was just a few steps out the back door. It was never too many people and it was well cared for. We loved that the room came with beach chairs and a cooler.

Nice beachfront location, liked pool and tiki bar, parking was a little tricky, unit was nice but small, one elevator was out of service and lobby still being refurbished. Balcony and gulf view were excellent.

What a view!
We had a pleasant stay with an amazing view! The view on the balcony and down on the beach was unbeatable! The beach was never crowded & was very quiet and clean. The pull out couch was perfect for our kids and we had enough space for everything. The only thing we had hoped for was an oven. The neighbors constantly slammed their doors, but the unit itself was really good!

A Treasure in Paradise
The absolute best location. The Island Inn is very close to the water, and has the most beautiful beach! Some days the water is so clear you can snorkel. Baby powder sand. Grab a drink at the tiki bar and rent a cabana. You will melt. The condo itself has everything you need. The bed was so comfy and listened to the waves every night. Great for a couple or maybe two adults and two kids. It is small but updated nicely. I think it could have been a touch cleaner, but I am a clean freak so my standards are crazy. In all, if the beach is your thing, I would highly recommend this spot.

The condo met our needs very well. It was clean. The view was wonderful. Property manger responded very promptly to a few questions and needs that arose. The main negative for us was the bed was extremely soft so it provided very little support.

The condo was nice. The bed slats were warped and made the bed extremely uncomfortable since it dipped in the middle. It made my back hurt, but if they fixed the and maybe sprayed for ants it would have much improved our experience! Great location! Beautiful views!

The room was nice. The only downfall is the floors were dirty. I couldn’t walk around barefoot without my feet getting dirty. Other than that it was a nice room with a beautiful view.

Location is perfect, beach is on your back door step and the pool is situated perfectly. Love that they have a little Tiki bar at the pool but I didnt like that you couldnt bring a cooler into the pool area. When your traveling with kids as hot as it is, not very convenient that you cant bring snacks or drinks with you. The room was great, bed was comfy, view was spectacular. They did have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with a cooler and a few pool toys for the kids which was nice. We have stayed at this Inn in the past and you really cannot beat the location. Would stay again.

Cute efficiency with great views!
Cute efficiency with a killer view! Everything was great except the AC didn’t work properly. It was never fixed our 3 days there. The outlet just needs replaced and it would’ve been fine. Luckily it was gorgeous out and we were able to have the balcony door open to enjoy the views and hear the waves. We’d stay again.

Beach condo
Condo was at a great location. Beach was awesome. However the first day the air conditioner broke as well as the key reader to the room . It needed some maintenance and a deep cleaning in the shower . A new set of sheets is needed as corners pulled up all night . A table on the balcony would have been good too, as well as beach chairs . It was expensive to rent them on a daily basis. Pool was by a bar so often very crowded. Not sure we would return .

Found cockroaches every where. I know some things can not be controlled or predictable but the family next door where very noisy until late at night, we went to have some relaxing time and was the last thing we got. Kids were screaming and pulling furniture and adults yelling at them . We loved the view to the ocean but overall was not the best experience.
