Location is everything
Wonderful beachfront location and within wking dostance of lots of amenities, restaurants and bars Apartment is functional sufficient crockery, pans and glassware. However overall cleanliness could be improved , lounge furniture is uncomfortable and couple of broken items. Apartment would benefit from refurbishment as looking tired now

Perfect Spot for a Family Vacation
This was a great spot for our family vacation with two adults and three active kids. The view was amazing, and the location right on the beach was perfect for us to go out exploring and pop back in as needed. We’d love to come again!

Great Beach
Kima was a fine condo. Great beach view, close to good restaurants, shops, and bars. Our condo had everything we needed, and it was awesome having morning coffee on the deck, and a cocktail on the deck at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Service and Customer satisfaction!
We had a wonderful time! Condo was clean and comfortable! The dishwasher broke while we were there and they went above and beyond to make up for it! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Madeira Beach area!!

Lovely beach view from balcony
Loved being right on the beach! The view from the large balcony with table and plenty of seating was priceless, from morning coffee until sunsets. Condo was very clean and all was as promised. The Itrip team provided detailed pre arrival info and was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend!

Awesome view and convenient location. Loved the large balcony. Easy reservation check-in/out process with clear instructions inside the condo for visitor parking etc. Updates to some of the linens and furniture would be improvements, but would not deter us from staying again. It's a great condo!

MUCH needed ocean view therapy
Getting older has its challenges, but having a place like this to relax and see/hear/smell the ocean put those life struggles out of our mind! Three lifelong friends were able to reconnect and escape life's curve balls for just a little while. Living room needs some updating with furniture, but beds were awesome and we never ran out of hot water for back to back to back showers! And the water pressure was strong! We'd definitely return!

My wife and I had a great time. There was just a few things that we feel should be better. The closest door fell out the furniture was very old. We had to buy beech chairs and umbrella . The pillows on the couch where ripped open. But overall we would be happy to come again. Just thought those few things would make people’s stay that much better.

Desperately needs a refesh
The unit was not very clean when we arrived. It also needs a serious deep cleaning and update. The furniture is ALL falling apart. The appliances are rusting. Ceiling lights are full of dead bugs. Floor boards in the kitchen and baths are rotting. The dishes are random leftovers. The sharpest knives turned out to be the butter knives! The furniture deserves another mention. It’s like they picked it up for free along the side of the road. Kima is nice, quiet and a great location. Choose a different condo than 405. Property manager was great with communication. We are not there just for the condo and knew what we were getting into from previous reviews. We booked late because another reservation was cancelled the owner, so we had limited options. We enjoyed our stay. For the condition it should be priced much lower.

Great Locations but Some Issues
This property is managed by a management company - iTrip. There is, of course, the possibility that the owner is unaware of the following: The floors were not clean in any room. Almost all the furniture is broken (sofa, chairs). Only a few normal items in the kitchen (e.g., 1 spatula, 1 slotted spoon). Very few, thin bath towels/wash clothes. One dish cloth. Dirty oven mits. We had to wash constantly. No roll away bed although the description stated a roll away bed or sofa bed. The mgmt company was quick to respond when contacted about this & brought one from another unit. The mattress was awful. So was the mattress in the master bedroom. Very uncomfortable. One nightstand was a few boards nailed together & didn't look sturdy. For the amount of money that we paid, we don't feel like we got our money's worth. Not sure complaining is going to get us anywhere either. We've been renting in Florida for spring break for 20 years. This is by far the worst place we've ever stayed.

Absolutely Filthy
First, I’ll say that the location is very nice. Beyond that, however, the unit we stayed in, was absolutely filthy, and in desperate need of repair and updating. We had to send dozens of pictures to show how dirty it was, and when the cleaning person came, he agreed with how bad it was. Furniture was broken and torn, doors for closets were broken and removed, the headboard for one of the twin beds wasn’t attached and fell on our son, the linen closet, which didn’t even have the door on it had layers of sand and dirt all through it with beach toys with sand and residue caked on them. There were very few dishes in the kitchen cabinets, but those that were there were visibly dirty, and the utensil drawer was filled with dirt and caked on food. The utility closet had so much filth and dirt in it, that it was horrifying that the owners think that this is an appropriate place for people to stay. While the shoddy condition of the house could’ve been overlooked, as someone with MS and a compromised immune system, the level of uncleanliness is inexcusable. The management company said they would reach out to the owners to talk about refunding some of our rental because of this, but we never heard from anyone. We are still waiting for a resolution.

Great New Area
Due to some issues we ended up obtaining this property with short notice. We had lost our Fort Myers Beach Property due to the storm and then the Indian Rocks Property not 4 weeks before we were to go due to construction closing the pool and beach access. I looked and Itrips was extremely responsive, explained the property and answered all my questions so I booked it. Arriving we were very happy with the location, right on the beach. The condo itself was as described, a bit dated but everything worked and it was clean and fairly well equipped. The only issue we had was it was very short of silverware and we had to use the dishwasher several times. The condo will have very little in the way of supplies so make sure you know that coming in. You will have to do some shopping for soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, napkins, spices and so forth. Not a big deal as there are two stores within 10 minutes. I would suggest the publix and not the Winn Dixie as it seemed to be poorly stocked. The beach is great, as I said right there. The City of Maderia Beach keeps it very clean and maintained. Be advised the public parking and access is right next to the building so the beach is crowded but the people are well behaved and we had no issue finding space. The pool is very small and normally that would not be a problem but one large family group completely took it over for the second week we were there. My wife doesn't like crowds so we couldn't use the pool. The area itself is great. Several nice places an easy walk for dinner. Johns Pass a nice tourist area is about a 20 minute walk or you can take the trolley. My over all impression of Maderia Beach is it is a nice calm area, the people that come there are well behaved and there is no trouble, just relaxation. We really liked it and Itrips was fabulous.

Stay on the beach
Clean, had pretty much everything we needed. Close to restaurants, gas station, even a tattoo shop across the street. Mad Beach Ink! Dani did a great job on a small tattoo before our group left. Waking up on the beach and the views at night were priceless from the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location was perfect. My kids loved to use the pool as the beach was very seaweedy on our last few days. Views from the balcony was awesome. We cooked several days and there was plenty of utensils and pots/ pans. We would definitely book again.

Our stay was just perfect. The condo came just as shown. Old but very clean. The view was perfect and could be seen from just about everywhere in the condo. The pool was awesome to come in off the beach and cool down. Location of condo was great. Sure, the condo could use some new furniture and some updating, but honestly, it’s got to be a battle with guests coming and going being wet and sandy, so for us it was easy to overlook that. Very very clean despite the old stuff. We can’t wait to go back!
