Unfortunately, stairs are both to enter the apartment and inside available - therefore (in my opinion) not handicapped accessible.

The garden is of course available for guests - only in front of the Rasenmährobotor must be warned!

Apartement EINS is a self-catering accommodation located in Sankt Pölten near the NV Arena. For guests WLAN is available free of charge!

A flat-screen TV and a DVD player are also included.

The apartment has a terrace. You can go cycling in the area.

The sports center Lower Austria is 1. 2km away, the VAZ St. Pölten is 6 km from Apartement EINS, while New Design University is 5 km away. Vienna International Airport is 92 km from the property.

Absolute smoking ban in the apartment;
as well dog and other animal prohibition (because I have unfortunately made bad experiences!)
A cleaning fee will be charged and included in the final price.
Toddler up to 4 years free; 2 infants up to 4 years are considered as additional person.
