"Service workers who work directly for the hotel are great!! People who work in the restaurant and coffee shop?? Less than ideal. No urgency or understanding of prioritizing workload or efficiency. It also seems like most staff members are high on marijuana most of the time, which I generally have no problems with— my problems come when said marijuana starts to obviously interfere with the job at hand and starts to affect my meal and drink wait times. I’m all for being on island time but this...

"We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times. Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again."
