"The owners do not seem to use the VRBO app messages because we never got any response from them or any check/in instructions. Tried messaging multiple times. Finally got through via phone call but with limited English getting instructions for accessing the rental was challenging. If we had gotten instructions via messages we could have translated. The kitchen is small and the bedroom very tight but all very serviceable. Host helpful and friendly. Organised passes for us, but not on site.
