"Good accommodation in annex to pub. Lovely evening meal. Room was hot as ac did not work. I did not report this at the time so didn’t give them a chance to move us or fix it. Staff were really great, friendly and helpful. Thank you"

"This is nice hotel in a great location near lots of restaurants and shopping. It is close to public transportation too. The only suggestion is that they add a mini-fridge to the room. Otherwise everything else was great. "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, very central. It's in a very busy area but the rooms are very well soundproofed. The room was very clean with a good shower room. No glasses in the room but easy to get from the bar downstairs. Very convenient car park 2 min walk from the hotel for £9 per day with a validated ticket. Will definately stay again"

"Absolute lovley place. Was the first time weve stayed in a Clayton hotel and wouldnt be the last. I made a mistake of thinking i booked a early check in when i didnt, receptionist said it wasnt a problem and still give us a room 4 hours earlier than the check in time. Hotel itself and the rooms are absolutly immaculate as is the decor. ALL the staff there very friendly no matter what the time was. Great place made bettee by wonderful staff. "

"Really comfortable rooms that feel new and fresh. We thought the shower was great with good pressure, and the beds were comfortable. Only issue is we were there on a slightly different warm night and there is no air conditioning. They provide a fan, which helps but ac would have been better."
