"Great comms and lovely welcome from Luba and Chris for our two night stay. Easy to find and parking right next to the front door. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. Comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV and jigsaw ready to go - all with lovely views over to Hardy's Monument. Ideal location for visiting the local area by car - we went to Weymouth (Catch! restaurant was fab), Dorchester, Poundbury,...

"We had a great weekend here with friends, lots of space inside and out and so close to the beach and other local activities. The hosts were great at communicating and we had no issues during our stay. Although we had a bit of a surprise when the 2.5 bathrooms turned out to be 1 shower room and 2 small loo rooms without any loo role - which for a house accommodating 12 was not what we had anticipated! "

"Unfortunately the house was not clean. Shoes needed to be worn as the floors were not clean enough to wear just socks. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us to eat. The bedrooms were well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so thin they were pointless. However the fact that we all had a tv and an en-suite was brilliant. "We enjoyed staying in this recently modernised house in Highcliffe, with a downstairs bedroom for someone with limited mobility and very flexible living accommodation. Especially inviting was the garden which was great for a drink in the afternoon/evening. Within walking distance of Highcliffe castle and cafe, there are also plenty of places to see and eat nearby.
