"Had a lovely stay didnt think the executive stay with lounge is worth the extra money, your normal rooms are just the same really, the snacks were nice but hardly any, the breakfast snacks in the lounge was poor, so overall i would stick to their standard room. Room was lovely and comfortable, and clean, the girl in the executive lounge was a bit miserable too and looked like she didn't want to be there"

"Perfectly located by the station which was our main reason for selecting this hotel for our stay this time due to an early train with luggage. From walking through the reception we were so surprised about the quality of the furnishings, the decor and the politeness of all staff. The rooms was perfect for an overnight stay and well priced. "

"My expectations were low given the review score, but I was pleasantly surprised and thought the hotel was great value for money. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable and had everything I needed in a hotel on a city break - hot shower, comfy bed, hairdryer… staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great- less than ten mins walk from the main coach station where i arrived and departed from and i loved the area overall - lots of cute independent bars and restaurants in the little streets around it and lots of great street art too. The only thing worth mentioning is to maybe avoid booking the windowless rooms in summer as they’re very warm! I raised this with reception straight away to see if they could cool the room somehow and they kindly moved me to a room with.a window instead. But overall I thought it was great value for money given the price point and would definitely stay there again. "
