"What's not to like? A very comfortable cottage by the side of the loch in Carloway, We were all very comfortable and spoiled by the well-equipped kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Plenty of instruction books for those not familiar with induction hobs, lots of reading material about the locale, nice to have the well-stocked community shop nearby. A wonderful place to stay as a base for Lewis and Harris. Thank you!"

"The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures, it was airy, clean and spacious with lots of room for the whole group to get together but plenty of quieter space for some 'me time'. We already know the island and have lots of family there and Jan and Callum offered to come and extend our table if they were coming over, asked where we needed safety gates and provided top class toddler safe equipment. The weather was great so we made very good use of the local.beaches and garden too. Great...

"What a great place Mackenzie 25 is. The house is in a really good location, making getting around the island easy. The house was spotlessly clean and had comfy beds. Louise was very easy to commuincate with (even when she was away herself). The view down onto Gress beach is beautiful. Some good bird watching and we even saw a whale off the coast at Tolsta! We enjoyed the house so much we have already booked to come back, says it all really."
