"Solid hotel and good value. Nice room, friendly staff, and plenty of parking. Long-ish walk (or short drive) to central Hawera where all the restaurants are. "

"Fit for purpose for what I was in New Plymouth for, very easy checkin/out, very friendly staff, both at the front desk and the Bar where we bought a meal, twice in fact, well prepared food. I will return. "

Clean premises and guest room. Carpet in our room, although clean, looked a bit worn and also the single chair in our room, the material was frayed at the armrest. However, the amazing staff there, made the experience 10/10."
