"When we stayed there the fire escape was blocked and various items were stored in the fire escape and the fire doors failed to close automatically. I brought this up to the attention of the facility and they corrected everything right away except the fire doors closing. Hopefully the fire doors automatically close now otherwise I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"Staff were very efficient and polite. Gave some good places to visit in Stresa. The room was very small, one small chair and no table. Had to use floor to place luggage and belonging. Not a nice room, regretted staying at this hotel!"

"Really lovely place - very flexible and accommodating. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Lovely dated decor and right next to everything. We missed breakfast but they offered us coffee and a croissant on the house. We appreciated this kind touch, as we were quite hungover! All the staff were friendly and lovely. Grazie Mille!"

"Exemplary stay for three seniors traveling to Stresa for a wedding. They could not do enough to accommodate us as we the second room was needed last minute. The rooms were cleaner than rooms that friends had in the lake front high end hotels. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the best hot water and pressure of that can be imagined. The owner went out of his way to help us out with miscommunications among friends. Great spot for those with physical challenges and you could not be any...
